Instructions for Abstract Preparation and Submission
The official language of the Congress is English.
Abstracts will be published ONLY if one of the authors is registered at the Congress.
The general abstract submission instructions are:
Title = max 200 characters;
Authors = first, middle and last name separated by comma, the presenting author underlined;
Affiliations: Institution name, city and country (no street addresses) written in italics
Text: max 1800 characters
Please use the Abstract Format file, to submit your work from logged area using your e-mail and password received upon registration. Upon submission, you must select the topic of your abstract from the following list (mandatory):

Instructions for poster preparations
The dimensions of the poster should not exceed 90 cm (35.4") width x 110 cm (43") height. An abstract for the poster must be submitted following the instructions indicated above. The text, graphics, photographs, etc. should be readable at a distance of two meters (six feet).
Presenting authors are asked to be in attendance at their posters for the designated Poster Sessions. Posters will be numbered as indicated in the Book of Abstracts, which will be distributed at the Congress, and a corresponding numbered poster board will be available for attaching your presentation at the appropriate time in the display area.
Please note that the display time of the posters will be divided in two groups during the Congress, as determined by the number assigned to your presentation (see the Abstract Book).
Poster Session I includes posters with numbers from 1 to 467 included (this is a provisional number; check upon your arrival at the Congress), which can be mounted starting from Sunday July 22 at 08:00 and displayed until Tuesday July 24 at 11:00. Posters must be removed at this time. Any remaining posters will be removed by the organizers and discarded.
Poster Session II includes posters with numbers greater than 467 (this is a provisional number provisional number; check upon your arrival at the Congress), which can be mounted starting from on Tuesday July 24 at 14:00 and displayed until Thursday July, 26 at 17:00. Posters must be removed at this time. Any remaining posters will be removed by the organizers and discarded.
The posters must be attached to the poster board with the provided double-sided or one-sided adhesive tape. The use of tacks, pins, staples etc. or any other material that could perforate or damage the board stands is strictly prohibited.

Requests for letters of invitation should be e-mailed to Matteo Lorito, lorito@mpmi2007.org. This invitation is provided solely with the intent of aiding potential participants in acquiring travel funds or obtaining appropriate visas, and it does not in any manner represent any commitment by the Organizers to provide financial support.
